Members receive 12 months of access, with the option to pause or extend if needed.
Investing in the mental wellbeing of employees is essential for the success of any company. A healthy and happy workforce not only leads to increased productivity and efficiency but also creates a more positive and happy work environment.
If your organisation is looking to offer support to colleagues, our programme can provide an evidence-based intervention delivered at a fraction of the cost of conventional treatment.

Stress Control Schools is an adapted version of the Stress Control programme, designed specifically for young people. Delivered by trained PSE (Personal and Social Education) teachers, it is aimed at pupils aged 14–16. The course equips students with practical, straightforward skills to help them understand and manage common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, and low mood. It offers a structured, non-stigmatising way for schools to support pupil wellbeing through an evidence-based intervention.

Stress Control CAMHS is a more clinically focused version of the schools programme, designed to be delivered by therapists within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. It supports earlier intervention for young people at risk of developing more significant mental health issues and can also be used as an adjunct to individual therapy. In some cases, it is offered to young people sitting on long waiting lists, helping them to access support while they wait for one-to-one treatment.
